This one’s for you Paul. Danny Sullivan of Search Engine Land bought a mac. Why is this relevant? Because Paul doesn’t like macs, and neither does Danny. Maybe Paul should take Danny’s advice and buy one. Ha!
Whoo! Monday morning! I’m super tired – I went to Paul’s last night to watch Sunshine. Good movie, more than I expected! Found this sweet phone – the batman inside me wants one.
If you are interested in the internet, you would’ve seen that Yahoo! said no to Microsoft. It sure does undervalue the brand. Go create your own ideas Microsoft.

Rand over at one of my favorite sites – SEOmoz – posted an excellent flow chart to see if you (or a client) needs a CMS.
Personally I prefer Wordpress, which is what I’m currently using as a blog, but I am also implementing it on some of my clients sites. I have recently purchased a drupal book, and have also looked into Joomla.
Today I found a few great links that are definitely worth sharing. First is three tips to secure your Wordpress blog on an external server (ie. not wordpress.com) from Matt Cutts. This is a great post, as a lot of people use wordpress, and it’s a good idea to keep everthing as tight as possible. There are a lot of dirty people in this world.
Second is a very unusual use of USB. It uses different normal everyday items, and adds a little flair of geek to it. Very cool.
And lastly is an excellent article for seo’s to give to their copyrighter, or for beginner seo’s. This guide to writing copy for the web hits all the important parts for seo and usability. Content is king, so no matter how cool your site looks, you still need to read this article.
