I came across a really good post on why you should have a portfolio site, and what you should have on it. Really good content.

Blu rayIn the ever intriguing war between blu-ray and hd-dvd, another big blow has been dealt. The adult entertainment has switched is support from hd-dvd to blu-ray. Now those of you who keep a video collection will be able to see those hair follicles even better. What is important about this though, is that many people blamed the fall of beta on the porn industry. C’mon universal, you know you want to be in the same room as Jenna Jameson.

Looks like you’ll be returning that hd-dvd player – sucka

In a swift move, Warner Brothers switched entirely to Blu-ray. That means that there are more movie studios selling only Blu-ray, and not hd-dvd. This is great news, because as of my last post, I was telling you that I was waiting for something like this to happen.

Blu ray

excellent.

That means, if you are looking forward to buying a couple of new movies(I am Legend, The Dark Knight, 10,000 bc) in Hi-Def, looks like you’ll be going Blu-ray. Better return that hd-dvd player, Paul.

In other news, toast. News, on toast. Yeah you heard me right, news on toast. Or anything really.

Wordpress logo

After switching hosts, from Canada Web hosting, to Host Dime hosting, I needed to get around to upgrading my blog to the new version of wordpress. So I downloaded it, and it was fantastically simple to do! But just a piece of advice for anyone trying to work on webstuff that is important. Don’t do it at 2 in the morning when you are drunk. Cause you can miss small things, and then it goes downhill from there.

I have been looking at a lot of catalogs recently, and have been noticing a lot of people advertising their selection of Blu-ray, and HD-DVD movies. Then just recently Christine told me a joke that Blu-ray wasn’t doing well. So I googled to find out.

Blu-ray vs hddvd

I have been a fan of Blu-ray since the start, and have started a collection, along with my ps3. I have seen a lot of movies come out on HD DVD and Blu-ray. I hope the market goes blu ray, but only time will tell.
